TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FACILITY

+48 606 346 090. In case of an unjustified (resulting from the negligence of guests, violation of rules and regulations)
call to the staff between 10-9 p.m., a fine of 150 PLN may be imposed.
1. The room is rented for a hotel day, which begins at 15:00 and ends at 11.00 the next day.
2. The basis for the provision of accommodation services is the registration of the Guest by showing an identity card or passport. In the event of refusal to show the document to enable identification, the staff has the right to refuse to conclude a hotel contract and issue a key, even if the service has already been partially or fully paid for.
3. For security reasons, during the registration process, the Guest is required to provide a contact telephone number and identity card/passport number.
4. The Facility may refuse to accommodate a Guest who, during the previous stay, has grossly violated the Rules and Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the property of the Facility or Guests, damage to the person of Guests, employees or other persons staying at the Facility.
5. The Facility may refuse to accommodate a Guest under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, showing verbal or physical aggression.
6. The Guest should report his/her wish to extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival by 10:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires. The facility will accommodate the request to extend the stay to the best of its ability.
7. Failure to leave the room by 12:00 a.m. is tantamount to a wish to extend the stay and is associated with a fee for another night's accommodation in accordance with the current price list.
8. Leaving belongings in the room after 12:00 on the day of departure, without informing the staff in advance about the desire to extend the stay, is treated as an automatic extension of the stay. If the room on the day of departure will be rented, the belongings will be commissionally packed and placed in the luggage room.
9. Non-registered persons may stay in a dormitory room from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The stay of non-registered persons after 9:00 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the room renter to the paid accommodation of the aforementioned persons to the room (75 PLN/person). Visitors stay in the rooms at the sole responsibility of the Guest.
10. There is internal and external monitoring on the premises of the Facility.
11. The accommodation facility provides free of charge luggage storage service only during the dates of the Guest's stay. The Facility may refuse to store items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage.
12. The Accommodation Facility is not responsible for loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services.
13. The Accommodation Facility enforces curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. the following day. The behavior of Guests and persons using accommodation services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The facility may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule, without the possibility to apply for a refund of the fee charged for the stay.
14. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of items of equipment and technical equipment, located in the rented room, which arose through his fault or the fault of visitors or animals.
15. The Guest is obliged each time to secure the room in the event of its abandonment by closing the windows and the entrance door and careful custody of the key card to the room.
16. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. In case of violation of the ban on smoking, the facility will charge the Guest the amount of 500 PLN, resulting from the need to block the sale of the room and carry out the dearomatization process.
17. Canvassing and door-to-door sales, as well as gambling activities are prohibited.
18. The organization of social events in the dormitory room is prohibited. The Facility may charge an additional fee of 300 zlotys for organizing a social event that is disruptive to other tenants.
19. Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the dormitory room will be sent back to the indicated address at the Guest's request, at the expense of the recipient.
20. Equipment of each room: TV set, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, hair dryer, shower cubicle, closet, coffee table, bedside table.
21. Please report any deficiencies and defects immediately upon check-in to the room. Complaints reported during check-out (or after) will not be considered and credible, and the Guest will be charged financially in accordance with the price list (Appendix 1). In such a case, the Venezia Rooms Property reserves the right to withdraw funds from the payment card provided by the Guest. Accordingly, the Guest authorizes a representative of the Venezia Rooms Facility to perform the action of charging the card. In the absence of a payment card, the Facility shall retain the deposit paid.
22. Notwithstanding the equipment price list, the Facility is entitled to an individual and separate valuation of the damage depending on the extent of the work necessary to remove the damage in accordance with the damage and additional work price list (Appendix 1).
23. The Facility has a statutory right of lien on the items brought by the Guest to the Facility in the event of the Guest's default in payment for the stay or failure to pay for the damage caused.
